Case Study – JTA

A new office from a large barn conversion in Speldhurst, Kent provided JTA with the opportunity to incorporate their brand identity into the core of the organisation.

From an empty shell to a fully fitted and operational office in less than a month. Capex consulted with the client to understand their requirements and their expectation of the service to be provided. Next, the team surveyed the space, agreed a suitable design and a colour scheme to reflect the client’s tastes.

The fit out included new double glazed partitions with integral blinds, specialist lighting and switching to cope with the barn’s curves. M&E services were also incorporated and Capex project managed the Air Conditioning and control installation on behalf of the client. Carpeting, catering facilities and AV were all included. Lastly, Capex also looked after the supply and installation of the business’s IT equipment.

The client was able to get on with running their successful business while the Capex team took care of every detail.
