Location: Mead House, East Grinstead
The Brief: To supply and fit new office furniture during the re-furbishment of Rydon’s Homes offices. To manage the re-location of personnel during the works while keeping the offices running and the personnel working. The requirement included crate supply, move resources, new furniture, cable management and AV systems for the Board Room and Training Academy
Timescale: June to August 2009
Timetable: After the design had been agreed with the client the first batch of new furniture was required within two weeks. The furniture needed to follow closely behind the re-furbishment work as each area of each of the three floors was completed.
Result: A stunning new office with large workstations and comfortable seating. Plenty of storage space was provided for general filing, A0 Plans and archival. Each area of the new office was delivered on or before the agreed deadlines and as a result of the success of this project Capex was also asked to manage the move and new furniture supply and install at RPML in Dartford.
