The Brief: Strip out 1st floor area of 6500 sq feet removing existing partitioning, ceiling, lighting, floor covering and fit out and create modern open plan office area for 62 people, an open plan café area, reception area, private meeting rooms, boardroom, offices for directors, communications room and accounts department. Install new power and data, lighting, furnish & decorate and install new floor coverings to all areas.

Timescale: 7 weeks
Timetable: Finalise office layout CAD plans, lighting, power & data positioning, colour schematics and office furniture ranges within 2 weeks; Strip out and site clearance 1 week; Ceiling works, lighting, power & data works 1 week; Office partitions, floor, carpet, window manifestation and blind works 1 week; Install furniture, signage, AV equipment and clean site 1 week; Relocate files, equipment, pc's etc. from old location to new site 2 days.

Result: The Global team successfully moved into their new offices on time, in the month following the move artwork and plants were added to the offices, completing the image of a modern successful organisation.
