3C Payment Systems
A re-brand at 3C Payment Systems gave the client the impetus to re-fit their offices in Twickenham.
The objectives were to create more meeting spaces that are better equipped, create more offices, double the capacity of the office space, improve the sound proofing and cut down on echo and background noise, enhance the data cabling, create a bigger and smarter refreshment area, improve the lighting, replace the floor coverings, build in a shower for their sporty types and to run the new branding throughout the business.
In other words to create a totally new look!
We started by designing the new workspace using Autocad whilst sitting with the client and working through the changes as they happened.
Once the design and budget were approved work commenced.
All of the client’s criteria were met and the project was completed in time to host the first board meeting held in the UK.
The project involved new Desso carpets with laser cut aerofoil sections, new Cat 6 structured cabling, AV systems from NEC and Samsung with Kramer cabling, Verco Intuition desking, Senator seating, Bisley storage, gloss grey kitchens with a custom built island unit on a Polyflor Expona plank floor. The shower rooms used wipe clean perspex wall coverings. The boardroom walls were treated with dry wipe surfaces that also worked for AV projection. Extensive graphics were applied to key walls to echo the brand, their markets and their office locations.
