Intelogy

Intelogy proved to be a classic Capex project (if there is such a thing). The company had reached maximum capacity within their existing building and a move was on the cards.

Working closely with the client’s Directors we completed test-fits and costings on new premises. This gave the management team the knowledge to work out that taking on their neighbouring office and joining the old with the new gave them all the space they needed and saved a small fortune and big upheaval.

The project included design, structural surveys, adaptations to and modification of the AC, heating and water supplies, new offices, real wood flooring, new carpets, new power, new data and 2 new refreshment areas. We completed all the decorations and moved them into their new spaces in the new, enlarged office on time and within budget.
